Penthouse 80 is centrally located on the south bank of the River Ouse near Skeldergate Bridge with the city centre / main shopping area less than a 10 minute walk; York Railway Station and York Race Course are also within walking distance (approx 15 minutes). There is also reserved, on-site parking.
The Penthouse décor is neutral and features many original black & white framed photographs of York - see if you can spot them all as you tour the city! A free bottle of champagne awaits you if you succeed! Both the lounge and bedroom enjoy spectacular views of York Minster, Clifford's Tower, the river and York city centre.

The accommodation, accesed via lift, comprises one bedroom with "Queen" 5' Hypnos orthopaedic bed ("the most comfortable bed we have slept in"), Tempur pillows available, bathroom with bath and power shower, sitting room with TV/DVD/Video/CD wireless broadband access, and a well-equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven/microwave and dishwasher. And of course, there is no need to bring towels, bedding, dressing gown etc., all is provided - much like a five star hotel!
There is also a travel cot and bedding available for one child under two years' of age at an additional charge. For the benefit of our guests we operate a no smoking and no pets policy.

Penthouse 80 is available to rent from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 11am on day of departure. Late arrivals (after 5pm) can be accommodated but must be agreed before booking is confirmed.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Prices start at £300 for 3 nights/£500 per week (low season); Special rates apply to all bank holidays and peak season.
