Flat Fifteen – Filey, North Yorkshire Coast

Flat Fifteen is located in the charming seaside resort of Filey on the picturesque north east coastline just seven miles south of Scarborough. A hidden gem, Filey is also the location where John Paul Jones exclaimed those famous words, “I have not yet begun to fight!” whilst fighting the British fleet in Filey Bay during the American War of Independence.

Flat Fifteen is a large one bedroom holiday apartment located in a new purpose-built development only a five minute walk to the beach, and with the added benefit of being close to the shops and having private, off-street parking.

Decorated to a high standard in neutral tones, the apartment is a light and airy property tucked away in a quiet south-west facing corner with charming views of Fisherman’s Chapel and the Memorial Gardens.

The accommodation comprises one bedroom with en suite shower,additional house bathroom with bathand shower, sitting room with TV/DVD/Video/CD and broadband access, and a well-equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven/microwave and dishwasher. And of course, there is no need to bring towels, bedding, dressing gown etc., all is provided - much like a five star hotel! There is a travel cot and bedding available for one child under two years' of age. For the benefit of our guests we operate a no smoking and no pets policy.

Flat Fifteen is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 11am on day of departure. Late arrivals (after 5pm) can be accommodated but must be agreed before booking is confirmed.

Minimum stay is 4 nights - from £50 per night / £350 per week. Special rates apply to all bank holidays.
