Flat Fifteen – Filey, North Yorkshire Coast

Flat Fifteen is located in the charming seaside resort of Filey on the picturesque Yorkshire coastline just seven miles south of Scarborough.

A hidden gem, Filey is also the location where John Paul Jones exclaimed those famous words, “I have not yet begun to fight!” whilst fighting the British fleet in Filey Bay during the American War of Independence.

Flat Fifteen is a large two bedroom holiday apartment that sleeps 3 people. Located in a modern purpose-built development (2005), Flat Fifteen is only a 5 minute walk to the beach but with the added benefit of being close to the shops and having private, off-street parking.

Decorated to a high standard in a neutral seaside theme, the apartment is tucked away with a south-west facing aspect and charming views of Filey's Fishermans Chapel and the Memorial Gardens.

The accommodation comprises one bedroom with en suite shower, second bedroom (sofa-bed), house bathroom with bath and shower, sitting room with TV/DVD/CD and a well-equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven/microwave and dishwasher. And of course, there is no need to bring towels or bedding all is provided - much like a five star hotel! For the benefit of our guests we operate a no smoking and no pets policy.

Flat Fifteen is available for week-long holidays throughout the year. Check-in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out time of 11am on the day of departure. Late arrivals (after 5pm) can be accommodated but must be agreed before booking is confirmed.
