Apartment 53 - York

Apartment 53 is a luxury one-bedroom apartment situated on the 4th floor of the Postern Close/Bishop’s Wharf Development having a light and sunny aspect with views of Clifford’s Tower, the River Ouse and the City Walls. The Apartment has a south-west facing balcony featuring a cityscape roof-top view. The Apartment enjoys an English Tourist Board 5 star rating.

This delightful holiday home is located on the south bank of the River Ouse near Skeldergate Bridge with the city centre / main shopping area less than a 10 minute walk; York Railway Station and Race Course are also within walking distance (approx 15 minutes). There is also reserved, off-street parking.

 

Decorated to a high standard in neutral tones, the Apartment features a recently fitted new kitchen and bathroom and features panoramic photographs of York.

The accommodation, accessed via a lift, comprises one bedroom with 4’6” bed, bathroom with bath and power shower, sitting room with TV/DVD/Video/CD and broadband access, and a well-equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven/microwave and dishwasher. And of course, there is no need to bring towels, bedding, dressing gown etc., all is provided - much like a five star hotel including Tempur pillows! There is also reserved, off-street parking. There is a travel cot and bedding available for one child under two years' of age. For the benefit of our guests we operate a no smoking and no pets policy.

Apartment 53 is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 11am on day of departure. Late arrivals (after 5pm) can be accommodated but must be agreed before booking is confirmed.

Minimum stay is 3 nights - Prices start from £225 for 3 nights/£75 per night; £500 per week (low season). Special rates apply to all bank holidays.
